  3-D Architect – This is the program that the school has installed on our computers.  It is an excellent software package.  Click on start/programs to locate the software.

  Building Homes of Our Own
You can order a CD-Rom that can be loaded onto your computers. It's free to educators along with lesson plans for both middle school and high school. I'm still learning how to use the program but students should be able to maneuver through it easily. You choose your site, and you have to go through the permit process, footprints, designing the inside of the house, etc.  And through it all you have to keep track of your money.  It's a neat program.
