Enrollment paperwork must be received by September 1, 2010 to ensure your student can start on the first day of school, Tuesday, September 7, 2010. A registration packet is available on our website or you can pick up a packet at the District Office, 1500 Dayspring Ridge, between the hours of 8:00-4:00, Monday-Friday.

Before your child can be enrolled in school we will need:

• a completed registration packet
• birth certificate
• proof or residency in the form of house closing papers, lease agreement, school/property tax bill or recent gas & electric bill (ONLY these forms of residency will be accepted.)
• immunization record

Please bring all documents to Leslie Ferrante, Registrar, District Office, 1500 Dayspring Ridge, between the hours of 8:00-4:00, Monday-Friday.
