Your job is to complete at least 4 of the 7 activities in your weekly homework packet.  Please hand in one activity each morning (Tuesday- Friday) when Mrs. Monroe greets you. 

The reading log should be filled out each night and handed in with Friday’s choice of homework.  You are expected to read for at least 15 min. a night for 4 nights during the week and complete the reading log.

If an assignment takes less than 20 minutes, I would encourage you to read for the remainder of the time.  

There will be 3 extra activities each week that you can choose to complete if you want to.  If you do complete one, or all, of these activities, it will be considered extra credit.  You may hand in an extra credit activity anytime, but please label it Extra Credit at the top of the page.  ***ONLY 2 ASSIGNMENTS CAN BE HANDED IN A DAY (1 regular assignment and one extra credit assignment )***. 

The directions are on each activity, and should be completed to acceptable second grade standards.  If you have any questions you may ask me in class.  Good luck and have funJ!
