Chromebook Problems?

The first thing you should do is check to see if the Chromebook OS is at the latest version.  Below are the instructions for doing that:
  1. Turn on your Chromebook.
  2. Connect your Chromebook to Wi-Fi.
  3. At the bottom right, select the time.
  4. Select Settings .
  5. At the bottom of the left panel, select About Chrome OS.
  6. Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
  7. Select Check for updates.
  8. If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.
  9. Restart
NOTE:  You may need to perform the above multiple times until your Chromebook indicates that it is up to date.

If this does not resolve the issue you are experiencing, refer to the Chrome Expectations & Self-Troubleshooting Guide which will guide you through some things that you may be able to do to resolve the problem you are experiencing yourself.  If these things do not address the problem you are experiencing with your Chromebook, please reach out to:

  • Elementary School:  Mrs. Keenan
  • Middle School: Mrs. Nims
  • High School:  Mrs. Ike or Ms. Marlin

Application Troubleshooting

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, providers of educational services and applications are experiencing an unprecedented volume of educational staff, students, and parents accessing their services simultaneously which has been creating outages periodically. The applications that we use are used by many school districts across the country, so as we are using them, please be aware that districts across the United States are also accessing these same platforms. Please know that their technical teams are working as quickly as possible to resolve the issues and implement fixes to address the volume issues.

If you are experiencing issues accessing any of the following services or applications, please use the links below to see if the provider is experiencing problems with their website or service:
