High School Principal

The Gananda Central School District is currently seeking an educational leader who will continue the development of a culture designed to support all students and staff. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with parents and staff to grow systems that are responsive to the needs of students.

Preference will be given to candidates with proven expertise in:

Building a culture that is positive and inclusive.
Collaboration with parents and families.
Developing programs to meet the changing needs of students.
Empowering students in their own educational experience.
Preparing students for varied post-secondary plans.
Prioritizing student engagement.
Championing a Multi-Tiered System of Support.
Developing schedules that support student learning.
Participating on high functioning teams.
Developing teacher leadership.
Data informed instruction.


Ruben A. Cirillo High School is a 9-12 school with 250 students and 33 instructional staff located in the Town of Macedon, NY. The school district is within 30 minutes of cultural activities in downtown Rochester, within 15 minutes of shopping experiences at Wegmans and EastView Mall, and within 30 minutes of 3 graduate schools.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000
