Gananda Central School District Athletics offers the convenience of online registration for our Modified, Junior Varsity, and Varsity sports through a secure platform entitled ArbiterSports/FamilyID.

How to Register For ArbiterSports/FamilyID:

Click this link: https://www.familyid.com/organizations/gananda-central-school-district-athletics.

Follow these steps:

Click on the Programs button and choose Program
Next click on the Register Now button. If this is your first time using ArbiterSports/FamilyID, click Create Account. Click Log In, if you already have a ArbiterSports/FamilyID account.
Create your secure ArbiterSports/FamilyID account. When completed, click Submit.
You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to FamilyID.com
Click on Register Now button
Once in the registration form, complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.
Review your registration summary.

*Use these instructions if you submitted in previous seasons
You may use the information you submitted in previous seasons to save time with future registrations. Please use the following steps:

Click on the link above.
Login using the e-mail address and password you created last season.
From the ArbiterSports landing page, click the Programs button.
Click on Program and then Register Now button
Choose sport under Sections
Choose your child's name or add New Participant
Update health and demographic information, if necessary.
If needed, Upload current physical
Sign-off on Parent Permission & Student Agreement.
Save and Finish Later or Continue
If you have problems select “Contact us” either email or phone # and ArbiterSports/FamilyID will help you.

VERY IMPORTANT: An updated current physical must be on file or uploaded to the system as well. Please note: Physicals are only good for a 12-month period.

When registering through ArbiterSports/FamilyID, the system keeps track of information in the Family ID profile so families only enter their information once for each family member, and then it can be used for registering in multiple sports programs (ie. Fall, Winter, Spring). You will not be able to register for your sport until the registration dates open. Below is a list of registration dates for each season during the 2023-2024 school year:

Family ID Support:

If you need assistance with registration, contact ArbiterSports/FamilyID at 888-800-5583 ext.1 or [email protected] also offers online chat during business hours. Support is available 7 days per week and messages will be returned promptly.

Forms must be submitted online via FamilyID.
The forms should not be delivered to the district office or athletic office as they must be reviewed online by the school nurse.
Forms will not be accepted online if they are dated more than 30 days prior to the start of the sport.
Your child may not practice until he/she has a physical on file in the nurse’s office. If not sure call:
