Facility Use Request Form
Facility use requests must be submitted through a Google form using the link below. You will be able to view facility availability via a link to the appropriate building calendar from the Google form. Please do not assume the building is available since other requests may be in progress that have not been added to the calendar. Requests are submitted on a first come, first served basis with school activities taking priority. Once you submit your request, you will receive an email that will allow you to track the approval process. Please do not assume your request has been approved until all approvals have been received and you receive a confirmation email. We suggest you save this confirmation email for your records.
