School Bus Stops are selected each year by the Transportation Supervisor, reviewed and approved by the Board of Education.

- Safety: Is the bus stop safe?
- Age of students at the stop
- Visibility at the stop
- Length of a cul-de-sac
- Maneuverability
- Legal requirements for amber warning lights
- Legal requirement for 15 ft.
- Efficiency, cost and time restraints
- Mechanical wear and tear (pulling parking brake at every bus stop)
Process for a complaint about a bus stop:
- Speak with Transportation Supervisor or leave a message on ext. 18
- Parent can put request in writing using the Bus Stop Change Request Form.
- Transportation Supervisor will respond to parent after reviewing the bus stop and request.
